All booked trips will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due the day of the trip. Cancellations due to weather will be determined by the guide, and a future date will be rescheduled or deposit refunded. Reservations canceled by the guest will have their deposits held for a future trip or returned to them if they wish. Guest that cancel within 14 days prior to the date of the trip, will be responsible for full price of trip.
