Most of the rivers and creeks we travel to, are nestled just outside of town to get away from the crowds. There are sections of water to accommodate any skill level, and easy access water for handicapped. For the small stream junkie this is a great place to get lost. Great wild water for rainbows and browns and if you know where to look, beautiful native Brookies. There are also areas that hold very nice smallmouth bass. Going after wild trout is a challenging yet rewarding experience, often times you are in tight spaces having to deliver accurate presentations. While our native brookies may not be the biggest they do rank up there as one of the prettiest fish species. Showing people these places and how to catch these fish is something we love doing!
